We are Curadoria
Everything on our menu is made in-house — we smoke our meats by hand, craft our own sauces, ferments, jams, pickles and much more.
Our pastrami, for example, takes 7 days to complete: several days curing in spices and 14 hours of slow smoking, resulting in layers of flavour you feel in the first bite.
What we don't make ourselves, we source from producers and partners who join us in the mission. With all of that, there's no way it can go wrong!
We love new friends, cherish the old ones, thrive on a full house, cheer for anyone who eats with their hands — and our greatest joy is a heartfelt (even colourful) word at the end to tell us how the experience went. What matters here is being happy every single day!
